I just truly felt that there was a different kind of essay I needed to write and others needed to hear: A fictitious letter from my newly diagnosed self to my MS-experienced self of today.
The fears and unknowns I had back then continue to keep me grounded in the life I am living today. I encourage you to read this essay to get into the head of a person who is newly diagnosed with this chronic progressive disease and better understand what people with MS are dealing with.
