Not everything is bad about living with a chronic illness. There. I said it.

Don’t get me wrong. It sucks that I have Multiple Sclerosis, and it will continue to create unwanted challenges for the rest of my life.
But do we do ourselves a disservice when we continually permit the bad to outshine the good when living with a medical condition?
I’m not talking toxic positivity. I’m talking about shifting our perspectives.
