Dan and I would be liars if we said we’ve got this whole Multiple Sclerosis thing figured out.
While we both have lived with the chronic illness for more than two decades, we know there still is so more much to learn, deal with and accept. This disease is always progressing, changing and changing us. Fortunately, we’ve got each other to lean on for understanding and support.
Yes, we are lucky, but this disease still can feel like too much at times, even after 20+ years. Where do we go for answers and support when we can’t figure it out?
Or what if you are new to MS? New to the emotions of anger, mourning, frustration, fear. How do you manage? Where is your guide for navigating the sometimes-murky waters of Multiple Sclerosis?
AnCan’s upcoming Mental Health and Multiple Sclerosis program intends to address these questions and help you find the strategies to better live with the disease.
This free online webinar is scheduled for for 8 p.m. EST Wednesday, August 31. Register today at bit.ly/3Pojprf.
