Next steps after you’re diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis

Earlier this month (Valentine’s Day to be exact), Jennifer helped me “celebrate” 21 years since I was diagnosed with MS. Yes, celebrated because I’ve come so far since those initial days of having no idea where to turn for information, advice, comfort and reassurance.

One of the ways I found support after I was first diagnosed with MS some 21 years ago was starting an MS self-help group.
